2006 First Annual Youth Hunt

Well the great members of  MissouriWhitetails.com have done it again. This year they rallied together to provide some young hunters of Missouri an opportunity to participate in the Missouri youth hunting season. The children were paired with members that donated guide services and took these kids hunting. Other members donated goods for the kids, and some even donated the kids to hunt!

Hatch was able to have hats donated to the kids by a hunting good manufacturer, Huntforfunnfood bought knives and had them engraved for the kids to have and use. Danceswithbooze and cfrazee_mo helped fund this as well. Booches was generous enough to donate his time and services to create the legal papers that needed to be taken care of. Mobiggerbucks is responsible for getting the idea started and for that we are all very greatful. 

Several of these children were able to harvest deer. For some it was their first deer and for others it was not. Even if no deer were harvested it was a weekend that made great memories! Thank you to all that helped make this a reality for the children. Not only were you guiding them on a weekend youth hunt, you were helping to instill good hunting ethics.
